Vetreria Fornasier originated in Murano over 50 years ago, propelled by the entrepreneurial spirit, talent, and technical expertise of Master Glassmaker Luigi Fornasier, a distinguished authority in the craft of Venetian chandeliers.

Master Fabio Fornasier, the offspring of glass art, embraced the trade at a young age under the guidance of his father Luigi. He combined his inherent curiosity with the technical prowess inherited from his father, delving into a constant exploration of diverse shapes, volumes, colors, and finishes—sometimes experimental. This quest gave rise to unique works, distinguished by their exquisite craftsmanship, flowing harmony, and perpetual surprise in their originality.

With a touch of irony, Maestro Fabio Fornasier fondly labels his creations as “Illuminating Works.”
