Zanetti Vetreria Artistica was established in 1956 by the skilled glass artisan Oscar Zanetti and his son, Licio. The studio swiftly gained recognition for the artistic excellence of Licio Zanetti’s glass sculptures, securing its position among Murano’s most esteemed companies.

In 1989, Licio Zanetti gracefully passed the torch to his son, Oscar, who had been collaborating with him since his youth. Inheriting his father’s artistic prowess, Oscar honed his skills in expressing creativity through both traditional Murano glass techniques and innovative methods developed within the furnace itself.

Oscar’s preference for naturalistic themes is evident in a vibrant collection inspired by the flora and fauna of the cherished Venetian Lagoon. Each piece, whether blown or massive, is meticulously crafted by hand, following the rich tradition established by the eminent masters of Murano.
